Big A Car Wash

Showed up at 6:30 and had the place to myself. Everything worked wonderfully. I wish they gave change instead of tokens but outside of that it was a very easy process.

Easily one of the worst car washes around. Half the stations are broken or out of order, and the prices are ridiculously high for what you get. To make matters worse, while I was manually cleaning my car, the manager came over and demanded I put more money into the machine. His logic? If I’m standing there cleaning my car, the machine should be actively taking my money. Unbelievable greed and terrible customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The new short guy working there is so rude. He yelled at me because I parked in the wash bay, went inside for 3 minutes max to get Quarters. When I came back it he yelled at me and said I was there for 15 minutes. I tried to explain I wasn't, and been coming to this car wash for years! He almost got washed

I like the convenience of driving in a shady parking spot and washing my car. Sometimes it’s difficult to pay the exact amount of money that you want to use to wash your car. So, you end up paying just a little bit more. Knock on the door and ask for help and you can get the exact amount of time you need. Where you pull forward to dry your car and vacuum is a very confined area. I can’t drive my car in there and open all four doors. So it’s difficult to vacuum your car.

I had a frustrating experience here on March 22, 2026, and after looking into other reviews, it appears to reflect a broader pattern. I paid for the self-service wash using my card (around $10), and also inserted cash into the machine to get tokens for the vacuum and fragrance equipment. While finishing up drying my car—which reasonably takes a few extra minutes—an employee approached me in a way that felt rushed and confrontational, despite my active use of paid services. The employee appeared to be closely monitoring customers and came across as pressuring me to leave before I had finished using what I paid for. Because of that interaction, I left without fully using the services and was left with unused tokens that cannot be refunded. When I attempted to explain my position and express that the situation could have been handled differently, the employee did not appear receptive and the interaction escalated. I was then told that I was no longer allowed to return. Also, this was not my first issue here. Months earlier, I had a similar negative experience at the laundromat portion of the same business, which led me to stop using that service entirely. After this most recent vis
